Steps for creating a stainless steel roof

With careful hand craftsmanship and a rolled-seam welding technique, we create a "swimming pool" on your flat roof
Absolutely water tight

Removal of the old gravel layer

First, the gravel layer is vacuumed off the roof. By smaller projects, all the gravel is moved to one half of the roof while the other half is completed. This part of the process can be easily completed by the contractor also.

Installing the insulation

An added layer of insulation helps keep the heating costs down. This layer also keeps the condensation point of the moist interior air above the moisture barrier. Dampness and mildew become a thing of the past.

The rolled-seam welding technique

The sheets of stainless steel are welded together using the rolled-seam welding technique. A special inductive welding machine accomplishes the task.

Whether it is ventilation pipes, gutters, skylights, or antennas, each situation is completed with skill from hand. Even the most difficult of situations can be solved without a problem.
